BCE Shower Doors & Mirrors (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have kept it short because this site does very little: it has no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking.
What we collect
Only what you type into our quote form. That form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, the type of project, and any details you choose to add. Nothing on this site collects information about you unless you fill in that form and submit it.
We do not set cookies. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build a profile of your visit, and we cannot tell who you are unless you tell us.
Like every website, our host records standard technical information when a page is served — IP address, browser type, and the page requested. These server logs are kept by our host for security and troubleshooting, not used by us for marketing.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. We use your name and contact details to reply, to arrange a free in-home measure, and to send you a quote. We use the project details to prepare that quote accurately. That is the whole purpose.
We may contact you again about a project you asked us about. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else can see it
Netlify hosts this website and processes our form submissions, so your enquiry passes through and is stored on their systems before it reaches us.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading a page requests those font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address. No other third-party service is contacted by these pages.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or with professional advisers who are themselves bound to keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
We keep quote enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project and our business records. If you ask us to delete yours and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email bceshowerdoor@gmail.com or call 239-355-9696 and we will handle it. There is no form to fill in and no cost.
If you are a Florida resident, you may have additional rights under state law regarding the personal information businesses hold about you. The contact details above are the way to exercise them.
Children
This site is meant for people arranging work on a home. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not store your enquiry anywhere we do not need to, and we do not keep payment details on this site — we never ask for them here.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
